Other than waiting for a new firmware again, is there a fix to the failed panorama stitching?

"Failed to download. Tap to retry"

I had no issues with my Spark when i first received it, and ever since the firmware update it's been nothing but problems.

Same problem happened in my Samsung Note 4 running Android 5.0, upgraded to Go4 4.1.5. It can be all download when using 4.1.4 but no composite final Pano photo only. Now even the images cannot be download. No problem if download still photos or video.

Check with the phone file manager only portion of the pano photos were download to the phone.

Odd.

You can copy the photos to your computer, using software to do the stitching.

What is your mobile device? Please tell me your version of your app,thanks.

App 4.1.7 on an iPhone 7

I've updated to 4.1.9 as of this morning, and still no different.

any news on what 4.1.7 has fixed or improved?

If you failed to download it many times, please provide your original video and upload to DropBox, then post it at this thread. We will transfer it to our engineers and find out the problem.

You can use the Media Maker from DJI. That software will stitch the pictures to produce a nice high res panarama.
The software can be downloaded from the OSMO downloads page. Once the software is installed you can drag the folder with the panorama pictures to the application and the high res panorama is produced

Just dowloaded the media maker software and re run my Pano's through it, have to say WOW, they look great.

Too big to add to the forum so link here Panorama's

On my spark, I just open the pano in the review pane and it stitches them right there.
Then hit the download icon and emailed them to my phone.

Try the Media Maker Software. The picture produced by the software has a much higher resolution and the panorama extends farther to the left and right

Using photo stitch of the Go4 was just for the result preview or share to the social media. For sure it was the fastest and simplest to do.
Will try to format the SD card to test.
