Well done.  Some appear to be pano's.  Can you share your production/post-pro workflow?

They're all panos . The first one is 2 shots, the second one is 7 shot, the third one is 5 and the fourth one is 3 shots. Shots taken for #2, #3 and #4 were taken in portrait mode.  I stitched and edited the shots in Lightroom.

Thank you guys! Yes the first one is a real lightning strike. It took me about 10 minutes to capture. I can share the original dng file if you guys like. As for the Mavics firmware, I always update to the latest one so I was already on .1000 when I took these. Again thank you guys so much for the nice compliments. I will post more when I get some more

To be able to capture a wider view of the subject. Shooting multiple shots and then stitching them together will give you a nice, higher definition, panorama of the scene you're shooting.

The storm had just passed by me and was heading North away from me. It was a few miles away already. I was actually upset that the first time I took off and set every setting up I realized I didnt have the SD card in the Mavic. By the time I brought it back down, put the SD in and took off again, the lighting strikes had decrease in frequency. I was still happy I was able to capture a few little ones and then this one

you have some amazing photographs.!! I've never been a fan of post processing( as for 35 years, I did straight, large format landscape photography ) but you have something special in these photos--a consistent vision--and some photos that have taken a good bit of technical understanding to pull them off!!  You are very generous with technical information!! With the work that I did for so long, there was very little information that could be shared---f-stop, shutter speed, developer and other darkroom information...... Things have changed, and I don't know if I could be so generous with the information!!!!!

Ha ha ha!!! Thank you so much. Your words mean a lot. I truly understand what you mean and I do have a deep respect for old school photographers. Its quite easy now to take a few test shots to dial in to your desired exposure and composition, luxyry that old photographers didnt have. While I do like to help others out and share a few details of my work I do keep a few personal tricks to myself lol.
