I have spark since 1 month ago, after charging yesterday, the gimbal doesn't move by RC and Gadget. I don't know what happened, gimbal status on Aircraft Status in DJI App is Normal. There is no notifications error at DJI App. IMU and Compass Calibration is ok. When Power Spark is on at first, The Gimbal cannot move dan calibrate to normal position. although the gimbal doesn't move but I can fly the drone. I can record and photo the picture.... Anyone else having this problem? Any solutions? thanks

Is the gimbal camera centered? You can adjust the Gimbal Roll/Pitch in Gimbal settings to see if there is any changes.

In drone off- mode, is it free movable with your fingers?
There is still some space between cover and cam, to get something in there.
Did you dip the nose of the Spark into some green, by accident, during the last flights?

Yes, the gimbal is centered. But I can't still move the gimbal now.

Yes, it's still movable during drone-off.

I am never have some accident during my fight with spark.

what is the gimbal speed ?

Does the gimbal do a self-inspection when the drone is powering on? Could you please post a short video about this issue?

Sorry, I haven't seen any video after I opened this link, here is a screenshot below, could you please upload it to the Dropbox, then provide me a link? Besides, did anything happen before, like hard landing or crash? Is the firmware up to date?

Between the fw 400 and the 500 the errors were: overloaded gimbal (but worked well)
Between the fw 500 and 600 the errors were: Overload Gimbal Motors and the Gimbal did not move.but changing the battery and waiting for 10-20 minutes the problems disappear forever.

the next thing you will do to me? I'm afraid for the next update.


P.S. I never dropped the drone ... these are momentary problems between FW Spark and DJI GO APP.

I don't know what happened with my gimbal spark because there is no notifications about the gimbal in my DJI App.

The gimbal status is normal in my DJi App.

The gimbal speed settings in the DJI go4 app
In the video, I linked, was a setting "0", that I don't have on my android.
But "1" is slow on mine, "0" is a "no moving" in the video

Try re-install FW and Hard Reset(factory reset) AirCratf..this is our only weapon.

Yes, I can open the video now, have you checked the firmware? Please make sure it is up to date, and refresh it if it is possible. If it persists, could you please export the black box data via DJI Assistant 2, then upload it to the Dropbox and provide me with a link to download it? I'd like to forward it to our engineers for analysis.

Was there a solution to this because I seem to having the same issue?
