Hi

1) connected the Spark to the Mac, started the DJI assistant, clicked on "data upload" and then, the system is thinking and thinking and nothing happens. I am only seeing a blank screen and a thinking computer - no flight controler data available
2) connect the Spark to the Mac, started the DJI assistant, clicked on "blackbox", choosed a location, Mac generates a folder "WM1000export" and then, nothing happens until the battery of the Spark turnes off - and I started with a fresh, fully loaded battery

Any ideas?

Had you tried to reinstall DJI Assistant 2? Please try. Please let me know if the issue persists.

Thank you for your update. May I know why do you wanna export the data? Is there anything wrong with the drone, please feel free to let us know, we'd like to help.
