OSMO MOBILE - Problems detected and aggravated after APP / Firmware update (DJI GO 3.1.15 2017/08/25; Firmware V1.6.0.80 2017/06/05):  
IPhone 6s  
- Loss of connection between OSMO MOBILE / iPhone 6s  
- Poor stabilization or zero  
- Films in LapsTime but does not record in memory. It only records 01 second

Could you please help us to confirm the following info?
1. Can you detect Bluetooth of Osmo Mobile or the Bluetooth broke randomly during shooting?
2. Close the ''Mobile device Detect'' in Gimbal Settings and balance mobile device before powering on.
3. Does this issue occur no matter what duration time you set in Timelapse? Please upload several footage in Dropbox for further analysis.
Appreciate your cooperation for the troubleshooting.

1 - Broke during.
2 - Close ou open same problema.
3 - For exemple: film 10 min. and save in memory 01 sec.
4 - Not finish calibr.

I reset the iPhone 6s.
I reset the OSMO MOBILE.
I did resest in the DJI Application.
Problems continue!
1º Does not complete the automatic stabilization.
2º loses connectivity between OSMO MOBILE and iPhone 6s.
3º Films in Time Laps for 10 minutes / 5/15 but only records in memory 01 seconds.
Both OSMO MOBILE and the DJI App are up to date, as is the iPhone 6s. Made experiences with Android system and have the same problems.
Shipped to arrangement on 09/09/2017 by UPS.
Disappointed with OSMO MOBILE.

Sorry for the experience with our product, please send it in for evaluation and repair, there may be hardware issue with Osmo Mobile, local repair team will take care and get it addressed for you.
