Are we to assume that once your Spark is in for repair (for whatever issues using DJI Care or Paid for it), your Spark come back to you with latest EVERYTHING installed (firmware on AC and Battery)?

Gillian, I don't think so, the firmware may not be the latest version, customers can update by themselves. Do you have some special requests?

Thanks Mindy....just wondering and being lazy doing the firmware update myself

For reference, sent my spark in for repair. Came back in less than 10 days. Had to do firmware update on my own, not a problem.
