I was out getting footage for a Labor Day video , and I seen an area I wanted to shoot .... I sent the spark out , and needless to say I got the footage I wanted ( over 6,000 ft away )  I have the video posted on my YouTube ... No OTG Or Wifi boosters where used .

That's really impressive! Here in Europe with my RC (5,8GHz), no otg cable I already get signal errors (especially video transmission) at about 100m (300ft) and that in an open area without radiation of any kind in the neighbourhood and antenna's pointed in the right direction.

Very brave going that far, I struggle to see my drone a couple of hundred meters away. Great footage

Thats pure FPV-flight.  I can see mine against white cloudes for about 500-800m.
As a little dark spot in the air.
But once you checked your display, it almost every time impossible to find it back.
For me, at least.
What I think here, the home point was on high ground!
Which I see as a important "must have" for long distances.

I would agree. I have had my Spark up to 106 m in the air and at that point I rename it the DJI Speck as thats all it is

Thanks for the positive comments .. indeed I was on high gound . I also lose sight after a couple hundred feet ( due to my Spark is Sky Blue lol)
It gets a little sketchy going that far out because once the battery hit critical , the spark tries to land regardless where it's at .

Thats awesome!  Mine was a few hundred feet from me and flew away, kind of ironic!

Congrats, the first time I did my 6,000ft flight my hands were shaking the whole time.  Impressive for such a small drone that can go that far and stable at the same time.
