My first time shooting a scene, No expierience with video editing.
Take off scene was from Lagoon Valley AMA RC park. The cliffs are in Vallejo, CA (Colunbus Pkwy by I-80)
Winds were 10 mph steady with 15-20 mph gusts. (the trees in this area grow all slanted because of the high winds)
Inspire was 3000 - 4000 feet away, with a few "video image weak" warnings, and handled rock solid dispite the strong upward wind gusts.

Very nice. I know that area, and the winds can be ferocious.

Nicely done for a first time outting. I'm too chicken to do half the stuff you've done.

Couple questions. What gimbal mode do you fly with? Also, you fly auto channel or manual channel?

I grew up in the Silicon Valley before moving to Sydney 20 years ago.  Nice seeing the hills of home!

Your videos are spectacular! My shots of the Vallejo Cliffs looks like a 1st grader did it compared to your flying, and filming.

All my modes were auto, and gimbal speed of 30%. Sorry to respond so late to your reply.

+1 That was a great vid - Stable and smooth, esp with that wind!

Good example for those folks feeling a little burnt by the whole P3 thing - the I1 is a beautifully stable craft and very capable. I wonder how a P2V+ or P3 would have gone in those conditions?
