I'm currently using two other third party attempts at creating a CS mount for the Mavic RC. They are both too large or cumbersome, although solid and useful. One is the MavMount system and the other is the Evolution 3D printed product. Both are too big for my nice, compact Mavic kit. Also, the attachment plates for the CS are not compatible with the DJI mount for the Phantom/Inspire series RC's.

Unfortunately, since I can find this "DJI Crystalsky Mavic/Spark Remote Controller Mounting Bracket - Part 5" on the DJI website there is no understanding of the date of release. In only looking at the photos I can see that it will be exactly what I'm looking for, as it is a small footprint and places the CS exactly where the phone normally is positioned, yet it doesn't required the arm clamps to be open and rather ingeniously uses the slots as attachment points. Nice thing is that the CS attachment plate seems identical to the one used for the Phantom RC, so I can keep the plates on both my 5.5" and 7.85" Crystalsky monitors and swap them between Mavic and P4P as needed just by using the quick release clamp.

Does anyone here have an idea as to the release date?

It popped up a couple of days ago on their website.  Ordered one...BUT who knows when it will ship.  DJI has to be the most convoluted/bass ackwards company on the planet.  They're constantly chasing their tails.  Never know if they're coming or going.

I went directly to that link and purchased one.  It was listed IN-STOCK!  However, a day or so later it became OUT-OF-STOCK...DJI must manufacture a dozen at a time.  In any case, needless to say still waiting for my IN-STOCK ITEM to be shipped.  They tell it's going to be 10-15 days plus 3-5 days shipping...so over a month since I placed my order for a IN-STOCK ITEM.  Totally unacceptable DJI.  YOu need to do much much better!

I have received my CS Mavic Mount, installed it but found the USB cable is too long that I have to stress the cable hard to get it connected to the RC. I have a feeling that it will broke easily due to the stress.

Also, DJI has already deducted the payment for the item and can use it to see fit, (for a month or more) whereas, I have NOTHING to show for it.  Many Amazon vendors do not deduct customer payment until the actual item(s) is shipped.  Perhaps you (DJI) should think about doing the right thing and adopt a more customer friendly approach.

What is the system version of your CrystalSky? You can try to reset factory data in Settings.

I know this is an old post, but regarding the cable, I think mine died!
I pulled out the cable, and tested it all over, believe the insides of the cable are bent till they died

Im wondering if there is any way I can get an extra cable? dont want to waste the mounting hardware!!
