Where, if at all, am I able to see the total time on an Inspire since it was purchased?

No, not the top-left user tab of the Go-app. That shows YOUR hours with any specific drone.

Our drone goes from site to site, and from pilot to pilot. All the Go app does is totalized each piltos time with the drone individually.

Operationally this is not sufficient for documentation purposes.

Is there any other method or app that will display the drone's total time since new when the drone is connected?

We can help to check the activation date of the drone instead of flight time.
If the activation date is OK, please PM me the serial number of the aircraft.

It is an operational requirement to have total flight times on the "aircraft". For the civil aviation authority's sake.

Airdata.com will give you total hours for your bird.

U believe Dronelogbook will also give you total hours flown.
