I upgraded the newest firmware on my p4 and remote controller with no issues, but then then I get "failed to update" when updating the no fly zone database. I tried reinstalling DJI GO 4 but that didnt seem to fix the propblem. I made sure i had wi-fi, was signed into the app, and followed the directions to hook the tablet directly up to the drone as shown, but still it fails to update. What am I doing wrong? please help.

Which mobile device do you use? Please try to update via DJI Assistant 2 as well.

my mobile device is a Ipad mini2. I tried to update via Assisatant as well but no luck. I might try uninstalling assistant 2 and reinstalling incase I dont have the latest version.

Hi. I am in the same update.
PH 4 pro+.
Want finish updating.
Try to turn off But message say dont.
What to do, battery will run out.

Please make sure you are on the latest version. Let us know what happens.
