I need some help. I have an Osmo+ and love it when it works. Trouble is that isn't very often. The problem is it starts up fine connects to my iPhone wifi and shows the live video feed on the phone. When I hit record it records just fine but anywhere from 2seconds to 3 minutes later the screen goes black but the information is still there Recording battery histogram all the info but no live view, then the recording stops. a few seconds later the live view comes back on and I can hit record again. This will happen time after time with no real pattern. I need help. The thing is useless to me if I can't trust it to stay recording when I hit the record button. Please watch the video to know more about the issue,
I can't afford to send it back to Hong Kong as we don't have Repair Centers for DJI OSMO in Pakistan, it will cost me $300
Things i have tried:
- Updated to the latest firmware
- Changed SD cards
- Detached and re attached Camera
- Reinstalled the firmware
- Changed up to 4 phones, now using iPhone
tried all the above-mentioned things but issue is the same

We are sorry for the experience with our product, may I know the original footage in the SD card? Will it get black or get stopped?

I see, I know you have updated the firmware, but we still suggest to flash the firmware with the following steps:
Download the firmware to the root directory of SD card;
Before power on, keep pressing the Trigger and Record button at the same time, then press Power switch for about 5 seconds until the indicator blinks red and green alternatively.
A few minutes later, when the indicator becomes solid green, delete the firmware in SD card and reboot the Osmo.
Here is the tutorial video for your reference:

Did it 5 times
By the way here is the footage recorded on SD card for 5 seconds, after 5 seconds the live view frozen
