Hi dji, i have some problem with my new drone,i have some video lagss on video (from my phantom 4 advance 4k 60 fps or 1080 60 fps) only when i turn drone (left or rigth).i tried to chance micro sd, but nothing.what can i do?

I didn't notice anything wrong with this original video. I would recommend you try other computers or video player.

Your notebook is not able to play back the material correctly, you need a computer with better graphics capability. Also, do not pan left and right so fast, you will not see a professional panning that fast. Fast panning in any camera system always causes problems, which is why the pros do not do it.
