My p4p controller is blinking yellow/green/red contiously then turning red losing signal to the drone. i have no camera feed, updated the P4P. thru windows computer as well as phone. However i did have some trouble updating it a week ago, unexpectedly quit a few times or froze. But successful update after that. Im not sure if i am supposed to update my controller ( only found a firmware for the P4P + ). What should I do? the controller keeps loosing signal to the drone ever 30seconds. I cant seem to find a way to update the firmware on the controller. not can i connect my phone to the controller or the controller to the computer. At this point i appreciate any advice. thank you!

Aloha fans7f,

     You appear to have a number of issues interfering with your enjoyment of your Phantom.  Please download and read the manual for your P4 Pro.  It is available at;

The manual will help you through your problems.  There are also many videos on the DJI web site for you to use in understanding how to get your Phantom safely in the air.  I particularly like Tripod and find "Narrow Sensing" seriously cool.  But, that is just me.

Sounds like to having user error issues, try taking a video, so we can see what is happening.

I can't be sure, but it seems that you must re-link your Phantom with your Controller. Follow the procedure and i believe that your problem will be solve. After the re-link please check if your controler firmaware need an update too.

It can be two things, try relinking your controller to the drone or Firmware issues

It just said Linking complete. but those lights are still flashing, i get some video feed but its just like the photo

im having the exact issue this guy is having on the video, but i cant update my controller. My phone is also not recognizing the aircraft when i connect to it with the cables. Tried both android and ios

Try turning off developer mode and see if that work

I updated the remote controller with my iphone, but the drone still wudnt connect with either phones, andoird nor apple, everything works but the remote fails to get signal/video feed from the drone.
i could try updating the drone one more time and see how it goes

Having the exact issue - had it since firmware update.  Last time I was on with customer support they said they're working on a firmware fix - not holding breath.

Is the RC firmware update successful? What's the current aircraft and RC version?
