Spark and controller connection issues

Guys

My spark and controller is taking a lot of time to connect when I turn it by the first time, controller's wifi is not broadcasting SSID as well. But on the second time I turn on the controller it seems to work well!

Have you got your wifi and bluetooth switched on, on your MacBook ? That will probably not be helping with the connection time

Yes! Bluetooth off! I did with my mac so I could record the screen to show you guys the wifi problem!

Have you tried to reset the WiFi?  Press and hold the power button for 9 seconds when the RC is on.
What is the firmware of the RC, is it up to date?

Please try to reset the WiFi and check the firmware version of the RC.

I did that. Firmware is latest on all devices (drone, controller)

Yeah, I have the same issue. This is a headache and very annoying.  Also, the firmware is latest (RC and drone).

Could you please export the black box data via DJI Assistant 2, upload it to the Dropbox, then provide me with the Dropbox to download it for analysis?

Hi,

Yeah, I tried to export the Black box data but I couldn't. The app did recognise the spark but was unable to export the flight data and the blackbox info. I reinstalled the app and this did not help. I haven't tried the export with different cable, I hope I have time later to do so.

Uninstall the DJI Assistant 2, then disable the antivirus software and firewall, then reinstall the DJI Assistant 2, see if it works. Besides, if it is the same, please try other computers.
