Anyone else besides me interested in having the current, local temp and wind speed displayed some where on the App? This would be a nice enhancement.

This is great.

Now if they could add this to the app somehow with the color indicator green if all conditions are good, yellow for caution, and red for no fly, it would be awesome.

I would be willing to pay to have an anemometer installed on the I1 if the DJI Pilot application would monitor its readings and warn when wind guts or constant wind builds up dangerously. In fact, having a 360 degrees anemometer should allow the DJI Pilot application to even compute a more accurate estimation of required battery life for the I1 to return to its home location.
We may have too many expectations for any ONE company, no matter the company name.
Combine that with all the secrecy around the technologies used (protecting its investments and potential profit) and you have the main reasons for delays in technological advancement.
