hi there, my remote controller it's keep blinking red and green, usually after on P4 its green colour but now, its blinking red and green non-stop...need help on this ASAP.

What have you done before this issue comes out? It usually occurs when the firmware of aircraft is updated but RC not, if so, please connect RC to APP and update the firmware.

Sorry that we don't understand your problem clearly, how about the first light? Is it white, red or green? Please provide more info for further assistance, thank you.

I updated the drone and was updating the remote.   The remote didn't update.  When i plug it in to the computer it does nothing.   When i plug it in to my phone it tells me to download the dji app before the phantom 4 witch it the wrong app.   When i turn it on all the lights are white

Please follow the steps below to update again:
1. Power off the RC.
2. Press and hold the C1, C2, video Recording button and camera settings dial at the same time,  power on when you are holding them.
3. Then open the APP, try to re-upgrade it.
