DJI: you've lost a customer. You claim pilot error, I'm telling you, you have a battery issue. I make nothing for money and I got into this hobby, after my wife left. Needed to focus on something else. Fact is, I'm done with the drone game. Stupid idea to throw and expensive camera in the sky .. and hope you get it back. Gone is my confidence in DJI, gone is my confidence in "extended warranties". I'll find something else to focus my attention on, something less expensive and stressful. This is totally stupid. Absolute waste of money. I'm paying monthly now on something I no longer have. I'm done in this game...
