Hi,

I can't upgrade the firmware on Mavic Pro. Now, my version of RC and AC are not matched, my AC can't take off anymore due to the reason.
My AC is still on 01.03.04 version.
My RC is on 01.03.1 version.
I tried a lot of times with DJI Assistant 2 and GO Apps, both also cannot.


error code:  0x020106


Please help

Make sure your battery is fully charged.......update will fail every time if battery is 50% charge or lower.
First thing to do is uninstall, reboot and reinstall DJI Assistant and see if you can update the Mavic.

I have reinstalled the apps. The batteries are charged. I tried PC, MAC, iPhone

For error code:  0x020106, we have a temporary solution for it. Please leave me your DJI account, I'll help to push the beta for you to upgrade.

I am having a similar issue when trying to install the no fly zone updates. It will get to the 20% mark and stall.

Have you tried doing it through both the DJI Assistant...and if that doesn't work through the RC?

I have only tried it through DJI GO 4 so far.

Try update the "No Fly Zone" database through the RC......sometimes it hangs ad will finish through the RC.

Received that. Check your account later. When you receive the beta, please refer to the steps below to upgrade it via the DJI Assistant 2 again.
1. Log into your DJI account.
2. Upgrade the firmware V 01.03.0813.
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest version, it will be working.

Dear DJI,

Could you please help me with this error:
0x02680c
I receiving this error each time then I trying update my drone (36%).
Then later DJI assistant says, that my drone is 1.04.0000- version.

Problem is, that my remote controller and drone is not connected anymore.

I can't use my drone more than one month.
Please do not give me amateur solutions or crazy advise, because I tried everything:
1) battery is 100% charged every time then I trying update.
2) DJI assistant 2 I reinstalled many times. I already tried on three different computers. (win7 and 2xwindows 10).
3) Different cables. USB2 and USB 3 connections.
4) I already tried to downgrade to V01.03.0000 and then update to 1.04.0000. Sometime downgrade is not working and I have the same error code.
5) Yes, I know how to connect(linked) remote. -this is not an option.
6) YES, I know what is WIFI and RC mode...

I submit many times error, but it looks nobody looking to these errors...

I should clarify the current version is : v01.03.0400 and the only options to upgrade to are: v01.03.1000 or v01.04.0000 .   I have tried both with no success.

Controller is not a problem. Problem is the drone! My controller is updated to the lattes firmware. My controller don't have any connection with drone. It means I cant update drone.
There is no way to link them. I tried so many times...
I tried different computers (laptop and normal PC), operating systems (win7 and win 10). All the time is the same error at 36%. Reinstallation of DJI assistant 2 don't help as well.
Anyway already send to you my update logs. I hope you will be able to fix this issue.

I have loaded the Betra version 01.03.0813 on the Mavic. That worked. Now I can not update to newer versions. The remote controller has the latest software. Now the two do not fit together anymore. I also tried to downgrade the remote controller. has unfortunately not worked.

Please note that you need to take the step 3 when updating to the latest version, it won't succeed if one ignores it.

2.Upgrade the firmware V1.3.8.10 or V1.3.8.11. or V1.3.8.13

It doesnt matter what i want to update... RC or drone... error still remains.
And it doesnt matter if I want to update via Assistant or via mobile APP.

Hi,
I've upgrade firmware on drone and is ok (V 1.04.0000). During firmware update on controller there was a problem. Now I see that the actual firmware on controller is  V00.00.0000 and is impossible upgrade new firmware or reset to factory default settings.
Con I solve with beta?
