Does anyone know if its just speakers? I was thinking of putting a piece of tape of them if they are speakers low battery is loud very loud. However if they are vents i'm just going to have to put up with it.

There is a fan in the remote pretty sure it is venting at the bottom. As the controller will get warm. I would advise not to cover them up

Yeah, they are vents, not speakers. It has a fan inside the RC so when it is hot, the fan runs and there is a sound.
