How long do you have to wait for a shipping label after you lodge a case?
It has has been over 24 hours and I got nothing

It usually takes 1-2 business days to send the shipping label, may I have the case number please? We will help to expedite, thank you.

You can always check the spam folder on your email as well to see if the shipping label is in there.

Sorry, the number you input has not been found. This may be because:
1) The product you sent has not been delivered to DJI yet.
2) The product you sent has been delivered to DJI, but it has not yet been registered. We aim to register each product as quickly as possible so please try again later.
3) The number you entered is incorrect. Please check.

Bin, we have checked the shipping label, it was delivered on 21th, Sept, but the has not yet been registered in our system because of weekend, we will register it as soon as possible, appreciate your patience.

I also waiting for my label after lodging my case!
