How long do you have to wait for a shipping label after you lodge a case?
It has has been over 24 hours and I got nothing

Any update on this? it has been nearly 4 days just for a label and still hasn't got it

1) The product you sent has not been delivered to DJI yet.
2) The product you sent has been delivered to DJI, but it has not yet been registered. We aim to register each product as quickly as possible so please try again later.

Bin, we have checked the shipping label, it was delivered on 21th, Sept, but the has not yet been registered in our system because of weekend, we will register it as soon as possible, appreciate your patience.
