Tried DJI Go 4 latest android version running on Oreo, Nexus 5x. To be success, turn off mobile data first. Then link Spark, rc, Nexus 5x via wifi in any sequence. After camera screen show video feed then you can turn on mobile data. If you do not initially turn off mobile data the DJI Go will take very long time to connect to Spark or send you to system wifi connection manager screen. Same thing with Litchi.

Flying Spark for some minutes, Dji Go 4 crashed, as usual.

On Nexus 5x you can enable mobile data while connecting to wifi that does not connect to Internet. Similar to ios. It seems that on Nexus 5x the DJI Go and Litchi, if mobile data is enabled, the apps could not initiate connection with Spark. That is why mobile data must be disabled first.

I haven't had any trouble with 5x+Oreo. No need for a special connection routine.
