hi guys I need advise
I've used my goggles last Tuesday with no problem. Left them with 90% battery. Today the battery was deaf or some reason is I've charged it up
Tried them again but the goggles didn't work anymore. you can power them up. The dji logo comes up and that's it.
Tried dji assistant no connection with anything. Also found that the battery is discharging very fast when powered off and goggles getting warn in front when off
What could it be??

Could you please provide me with the screenshot of the goggles interface when you power it on? Please try to fully discharge the googles and then charge it to full. Or please provide me the time for the whole discharging if possible. Thank you.

Today I've kept the goggles and battery separated and the battery is not discharging anymore.
tried Dji assistant and no connection with laptop after powering up. Only charging is working.

I had a similar challenge which was sorted by cleaning the connections and making sure that they were connected properly, I found that I was being too gentle in pushing them together, saying that I guess it’s a fine balance. Hope that it’s sorted by now one way or the other.

Just for reference, as this appears to be a problem a lot of people are having, My goggles did the same thing a couple of weeks out of warranty. Sent them back to DJI for service and got told I need to pay almost as much as it would cost for a new pair in order to repair them. DJI refused to help in any way unless I paid up. I understand they have a warranty period and DJI are totally justified in what they've done - it's their call. If I searched online and found that it was a one off then, sure no problem, but I see this issue on a lot of forums and DJI clearly know it's an issue so for me, I had 54 weeks and a handful of flights which were a lot of fun, but I will be selling all my DJI products as it's my call as to if I deal with a company selling products that don't live up to what they're being sold as, and then not being backed up with reasonable support.

So in my experience at least I'd recommend, don't buy their products.

Try disconnecting the headband...wipe the connectors, blow out the inside where they go in.

Sorry to hear you guys are having problems.
Even good quality connectors are a weak link in any system.
I was careful to purchase a case that allows the goggles to be stored without separating the two parts.
I realise this won’t be suitable for everyone.
Good luck with your repairs/warranty.
