Hi all,
I am happy pilot of Mavic Pro, but recently on my holiday at Baltic Sea, my Mavic probably collided in the air or had a malfuncion of one of the rear propeller and plunged from 204m (670ft) spining down to soft bushes and wet grass. It was late night flight.

I have DJI Care Refresh. Started case on 6th of September 2017. Mavic received at Service facility on 11th September 2017 with demage assessed on the same day. Now since case moved to Quoted, it stuck since 11th of September till today. Please may i ask moderators if you can check my case? Not sure if its safe to add my case number here...

Thanks, by any chance will you know if when I paid with DJI Refresh, am I getting new aircraft or old refurbished?

If I will get refurbished, it's better for me to wait and fix my drone than.

Hi, Today I have received my replacement Mavic Pro (delivery with UPS).
All together took 16 days (12 working days). What a surprise to receive replacement drone looking just like brand new! No any single mark on the body, clean and working fine!
Drone need to be paired with remote control(my old remote still like new with stickers on display) and updated to new firmware.
