Hi,
You are forcing me to login again after updating the go4 app and I've forgotten the password - but no email is coming - what's going on? And yes I have looked I'm trash and you are not blocked.. I wanna update my drone but this is stopping me quite efficiently...

I'm having the same issue.. I checked my spam folder and nothing... Trying to activate my account but can't.. I have a android 12 running on my phone.. not sure if that matters..

Hello there. Have you already tried resetting the password from the DJI official website instead of changing it from the app? Here is the direct link for changing the password from the DJI website: https://account.dji.com/reset?ac ... en_US&region=OR. Have a great day ahead.
