Hello everyone,  I'm a new pilot here in Jacksonville Fl. I was flying my new spark and it auto landed in the roof of one of the buildings where I live and I was woundering if anyone with a Mavic or a Phantom would help me get it.

Did it run out of battery?

I hope you get the help you seek (I'm way to far away and don't have the appropriate equipment), but I will ask:  Are you able to ask the owner of the structure for permission or aid in getting your craft?

I may call the police if this happened to me.  

It landed with 15% but when I tried to take off again it flipped due to the angle of the roof.

I talked to the fire department but they would not do it.
