I just purchased a new Z15 Nex-7 gimbal. First thing I did was update it to the latest firmware, V2.04 via the V1.4 Assistant.
All it does is point straight down, and I am unable to control it with my tx. I have a single operator setup, DX9 to AR8000 with Wookong-M, and will only be using tilt and shutter control. My open channels are Gear, Aux 1, or Aux 3. None of them work.

I have tried the update multiple times. I've tried using V1.2 software and running that update multiple times. All with the same result.

Please help!!!

Ok, PARTIAL success. I was only testing one function at a time, turns out you need at least three plugged in for anything to work.

But, only "mode" is working. Tilt and shutter are both plugged in, yet both show as disconnected.

Help!!

Did you check the wiring?
You can connect to the assistant, is there any response to tilt? If nothing happened you need to check the receiver.
