I just received an email from DJI support saying that there is no update for Android and that version 4.1.9 is the last one. What stupidity is that?

I feel your frustration, but as with any piece of software development for multiple platforms, there will be differences in when the versions for those platforms is ready.

Should DJI hold back software releases for both until they are ready? What if it was the other way around in the future?

For this there is a "schedule". It was just the DJI saying "when" will be available and no one would be here asking.
Difference of postings are normal.
Lack of information and planning is not.
Android users only discovered that they would not have the features right now when they opened their apps and did not find them. This is wrong.

I agree. A simple statement saying that android users will be getting the update later would be helpful.

Can you upgrade all the batteries at once/same time using the charging hub ?
If so how ??

It's not as simple as that with software development. Unfortunately giving a public schedule often causes more problems.

When the scheduled date is missed because of a major coding challenge, then people get miffed and upset. Hope and anticipation builds up to be let down.

I know it's frustrating, but it's the reality of software development.

No lainwb android users seem to always get stiffed when it comes to releases. It's actually easier to code for Android and build an APK (used to build custom roms) then apple apps. The truth is IOS is just used more and supported better. Sucks but us Android users shouldn't have to suffer I think they should release at the same time

No, that is not possible .
You have to update every single battery.  
The good thing is that the Go app reminders you if necessary to update.

I updated the firmware and had no problems. It took about 20 minutes. i did some flying and tried the quick shots and it performed without any issues. It seemed to correct the video feed too! I flew about a mile out and no video feed problems. Its not at the max distance but didn't want to go too far out of my line of sight. Good job dji!

So the sharpness vs noise reduction problem is still there? My god...

That's the ONLY thing I've wanted fixed or improved since I bought the Mavic, several firmware versions ago.

when is expected 4.1.10 for android? I´m waiting it....

New firmware upgrade make my drone lost video and photo transmission to the control unit.  Tried everything recommended and does not work.  I would like to downgrade firm ware and who have the old firmware

Yes, Go 4 on my CS is still running 4.1.6 !! with no update prompt, unbelievable for a specific DJI Monitor.

DJI What's up with this new Android Go 4 V 4.1.9, It will not update using my Crystal Sky?? Still running V 4.1.6 / FW 01.04.000 and says "latest version" so am I to believe that you have made it available to IOS and Android Phones & Tablets but not to your Crystal Sky users??? If so that just isn't right !!!!!

Updated today took about 20mins via my IPad not Assistant no issues.

I did a search in google for the apk version 4.1.10 and found it, installed it and flew with it. Everything is good and I have the QuickShots now.

So it sounds like 4.1.10 exists....we just need to see it rolled out to all Google Play regions.  Can someone post the link to the APK mirror site?   Is it legit?

First; I've updated my mavic pro and controller to the latest verion of the software, went for a test fly and quick shots is nowhere to be found on my system. Also, after watching a drone owners video I noticed his APP Database and Aircraft Database #'s are the same as the new updates numbers, 01.04.000.  My numbers are 01.00.01.05. Are these number supposed to match? And how do I get quick shots to work? Thanks for any help.

I dont think we'll be allowed to do that here. But if you run a search in google you will find it easily. I tested quickshots today and they're really nice!

I found it...but I think I'm still going to wait.  The 4.1.10 APK is 150+ megs vs around 100 megs for 4.1.9 from the DJI site.  That's a significant difference...so I just don't trust it.

Well, the website says the apk is from DJI, so I guess 4.1.10 should be available via the google play store within the next 7 days. I prefer to wait for it.

please, DJI, add QUICK SHOTS to WIFI MODE... it will be portable as a spark, and you can use these modes without remote (with remote is easy to do same.... but with phone is impossible)

Seems to be much improved from the last update with the exposure, but something still seems off.  Thoughts?

Ive tired both upgrading and downgrade and neither works. both on DJI assistant and the APP. keeps on failing, Over and over and over, Restarting everything does not help and I'm left with a $1000 paper weight, cause I can't even take off! UGH! soooo Annoying! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

I agree....  900 firmware to me was overexposed, over-contrast.... 4.1000 seems works fine.
In fact VIVID mode works very good (How I like it)

Went out after updating the controller and mavic, and sport mode no longer works by switching the button on the side of the controller. I haven't had a chance to look into, other than turn off and on, has anybody else had this problem?

Have you checked the DJI GO 4 app to see if the switch is set to multiple flight modes.

Just wondering when the Andriod version of quickshot will be release? Or need to wait IOS play till bored then Andriod only release????
