Great job! It's really a beautiful place. Enjoy it and happy flying!

Beautiful scenery and illumination, nice and smooth piloting and filming, good color grading, a bit boring montage. Slice it a bit more, trim the slices if necessary, shuffle'm, employ cross-fading transitions, but don't speed up. For YouTubers make it 3-4 minutes max. with this footage. Myself ... I can watch this over and over as is ...

Next time use at least 2-3 batteries to record multiple passages at different attitudes and angles, keeping this same relaxing dynamics. Pick the best shots in post. And - oh - make this train happen! ... Good job so far ...

As far as I know it's just the one freight train that travels back and forth 4 or 5 days per week. I love hearing the train whistle in the distance, so hopefully things will work out for another try!

Great advice, thank you! The original footage was cut from 9 minutes down to 5, which was challenging! Quite a few cross-fade transitions were used, but I agree it could be cut down a bit more. I realize many people won't sit through a 5 minute video. Again, thanks for the tips!

As long as you can hear it in advance, you should be ok right?

Yes I should be able to hear it before it gets to my location. My friend that works on the train gave me a general idea on time, but they have no set schedule.
