I'm going on a 28 day cruise. Can't take my Phantom4 with me.
How should I. Store my batteries?

No biggie... Get them to about 45% and store them in a cool place.  They only need to be charged and discharged about every 3 months without damage.  I would NOT put them above 50% charge... I would NOT bring them down below 30% charge.  Other than that, you are fine.

How many days without flying should I have to concern about storage the battery first? 5, 10 days?

You mean after the battery is fully charged?

I will try to explain. If I know that I'll not fly this week, can I leave full or better 50%? at least how many days to storage half is better?

I have been told to NOT leave it at 100% for more than 24 hours.  Don't fill it up, and then leave it for a while.  If you aren't flying in 24 hours, drop it down to 50% and leave it.

When I had an issue I worked with one of the engineers and was told that as long as it gets a full charge and a release every 3 months, the battery will have no problem.  If you aren't going to use it for more than 3 months, then I would charge it, and then discharge it down to 50%

Thanks

Much better to leave it at 50 to 60% if you're not going to fly for a period of time.  Then when you're ready to fly again charge it to 100%

If you want to discharge your flight packs, but can't fly, use the onboard flight SIM.

Those are good guidelines but vague... what is "an extended period"?  Not beign a pain here, just saying it's trying to be clear... without being clear.
