I just bought my mavic pro about a week ago.whenever i want to activate it by DJIGO4 Apps it always say "Activation Failed, Server Error"
Does anyone here has same problem with me?

i've tried using another wifi ( 3 wifi for exact )
and 4 4G operator in my country and yet it still failed.
already update the firmware and try reinstall the DJIGO4 apps, still failed also

Just to verify, every time you got the same error code? Had you also tried another device for the activation? If yes, could you please PM me with your drone's serial number and your activated email account, I'll help to check.

all say "Activation Failed, Server Error.

Hello, just got to know from some dealer that DJI will be deactivating the grey market drones. Is that true and how so? I bought mine in my country.

Try using the DJI Assistant 2

Had the same issue trying to use wifi didn't work. When I downloaded and used the assistant2, it worked.

The solution is: You should have a GPS signal before activation.

No, I can't use it, because I could never activate it. Everytime I open the app it sends me to activate (for the first time, I could never activate it beford), then I do the process, and then, it says activation server error.

Thank you for your prompt response. Now could you please help to export the activation log from the app, upload it to Dropbox and provide me with the link? Please connect your mobile device to the PC, and here is the route: for Android /sdcard/DJI/dji.go.v4/LOG/CACHE/active. And it should be almost 3am in the US, maybe don't need to rush, have a nice sleep.

Try using an earlier version of the DJI Go4 app

People have had activation success by installing a earlier versions of the app from on apkpure.com, after activation just install the newest version of the app

I had the same activation problem with my mavic, trying for hours, with a phone  or tablet (both android) that worked well with a phantom 4.

Then i tried another tablet with an old dji go app on it (4.0.7) it worked...

I have not been able to activate yet, it still gives the same error. There are 4 days I bought the drone and I still can not
