I also do not activate. I bought a new aircraft and enjoyed the pleasure and great disappointment. Why is it the same problem with DJI activation as it was in June?

Please try to download DJI GO 4 version 4.1.5 to activate. Or you can also try DJI GO for the activation. After the activation, update it.

it's been 2 days i cannot activated my mavic
I have already updated the drone's firmware, and try two different phone.
I've the last version of DJI GO 4 (4.1.9), I've also try the 4.1.5 version.

My message error is : "Check your internet connection. The activation process requires internet access to link your aircraft to your account.
May I send you a PM to send you the serial number, the mail account and the log ?

I had the same problem I solved it by using Go 4 app version 3.1.8... (look here https://forum.dji.com/thread-111406-3-1.html)
Of course if all your drones were reported stolen then it's a different ball game...

This is very strange! People from Hungary, United States, United Kingdom and Germany had exactly the same problem in the same week and all are drones stolen in transport?

See in this topic the number of people from different countries are with the same problem only this week. And they are all stolen in the transport?
