What's happened to off line maps?
Disappeared in Pilot & unable to load in GO4.

What is the model of your mobile device? Only Android mobile device kept this function.
For iOS device, please open ''cache map in the background '', then open map interface, zoom in and zoom out to cache the map.

There is a new update for the Crystalsky out now. After i updated, i was unable to download maps in GO4, but a reboot fixed that.
Not sure about the map in the Pilot app as i have never used it.

I've a question about the off line maps. It seems only available with DJIGo 4, not DJIGo. Right ?

The same here. After updating to V02.03.00.00, the offline maps in GO4 can not be loaded. Multiple reboots did not help. This is on both my CS happening. (5.5" and 7.85")

After trying to fetch the maps, after 1 minute or so, "Network unavailable" pops up ...

I got this error as well several times, but kept trying. and was able to get it downloaded.

I had the same thing also with DJIGo4 (network unavailable). It worked after several trials

Giving up. Does NOT work! Countless reboots! Let's wait for the next update!!

Did you try to force close the GO4 app.
Also try and forget the wifi network.
Factory reset is also a possibility,

Yes, i did forced close GO4. I connected CS to 2 different access points. Internet access is always established and functional (accessing Google.com and doing random searches). I did a factory reset on my 5.5" CS, the 7.85 is in use the next days.
