I was looking on the DJI website and it says 30fps at 1080p for the Spark video specs.  Is that it?  Does it shoot 24 or 60?

No colour profiles 1080 30fps. That’s it.

1080p, 29.97 "variable" fps (what sucks for any "professional" editing, need some encoder, as Adobe Media Encoder to "fix" to constant 29.97 fps)

You read correctly. At least for now that's the way it is.
And it has also been the reason not to buy one yet for me.
Just need the 25fps to match my other camera's stuck in PAL mode.

The camera of Spark is simple, and it is only available to record at 1080p 30fps.

There's no reason it can't, as spark uses the same image sensor as the Mavic Pro, but it seems that DJI wants to keep those options like color profiles, shooting in raw, and 25fps to the territory of the Mavic Pro.

and you can understand that.  If they offed the same feature on all drones, people would by the cheapest.  It's like buying a car, not all features are available for each model.

We hope they include it in the future, no need to implement anything else, that's whats the Mavic is for, but 25-24 fps would be a good thing for the European public...

But so far DJI is very silent on this part.
