Appart from points required to level up i dont see this as being any different having the rank system that was in place before

I thought it was an invitation to post more often, making the DJI forum appear more active.


They will never reach the popularity of a super busy forum, like say www.helifreak.com is. Ever.

It's essentially just a cosmetic change. I would often see posts where drone pilots would complain they were labeled "beginner". This solves that problem.

I was so looking forward to the title "Student Pilot"... then they took it away from me and replaced it with a stupid number.  I'm just a number.  Sigh...

My only complaint about helifreak, is there is no DJI official input. Very seldom do they even enter that section of the forum. Maybe they should, and get a better understanding what it takes to make a small forum grow up and out.
