I was having problems starting up my DJI GO 4 App on my iPad Mini 4. I was forced to a sign in screen, but was not able to input my email address or password. It acted like the screen was frozen. I spent hours trying to sign in. I thought this was a result of upgrading my iPad IOS to 11.0. That was not the case. The solution was to simiply try and find a location to tap the screen near and below the requested input. Eventually, after numerous atttempts, I found the correct location and the system allowed me to input my items. I found the answer on the MavicPilots forum:
