I stored my Phantom 4 pro + for a while (Weeks), then when I run it again and charged the remote control it stops at 3 lights.
I have tried several times still the same, any body help, I will try again to ask for help, maybe an administrator?

Hi Susan,
Yes the original charger that came with the drone.

I live in the UK so I may give that option a miss, I may look around for a reasonable priced p4p controller but without the screen.

Thanks for getting back to us. Did you buy the RC from local authorized dealer? If yes, the nearest service center is Netherlands. Generally, free of charge will be provided after our engineers received the unit and confirm the issue in warranty period, please kindly note.

I don’t know if the Dealer is a DJI authorized dealer Dealer ( Dronesforless )

Hi Susan,
I presume the dealer is Not Autherized as they have not replied to several emails from there contact page.
I will have to do as I said and just buy a std None display RC to get by for now, bye
