I have recently had some troubling experience with the Phantom 4Pro+

I purchased a new unit, defective gimbal out of the box

The replacement was also defective out of the box, controller would not charge

Decided to try a different retailer after the second bad unit

Third unit had no video signal right out of the box

What is going on DJI

P.s I own a F450, S900, Inspire 1, Mavic Pro and Spark

No kidding, if you don't buy that DJI is having issues, not just me but look at the thread upon thread recently of units with one issue or another with units that are new

I'm sorry for the unpleasant experience. Just to verify, has the third unit been activated? Is there any error message in APP?

Also, please kindly ask the dealer to report the issue in the dealer system and tell us the case number, I'd like to look into it. Appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The unit was activated and had DJI care on it, so know I need to know if I can transfer care to new unit or have to get a refund and put care on the new one when ever it comes

The only error was no signal
