so I grabbed a second hand DJI OSMO (not the mobile one) but sometimes when I turn it turns slower than I do. Is this a balancing thing ? if so how do I fix ?

I had a zhiyun crane gimbal that I used to use with my DSLR and was perfect but seems this OSMO does not stay fixed and if I move up, down or turn left/right it tends to either stay in position else starts moving to position slowly and mostly not centered sometimes. Maybe I am using it wrong or maybe it needs some balancing / settings

Any help please ?

Have you tried to reset the Osmo? Have you updated the firmware to the latest version? Try both of those steps first.

Godwisper, did it self check when you turn on your osmo? When you tap the trigger twice, will it back to center?
Please try to calibrate your gimbal and see if it can work well. If not, please shoot a video about this situation. Thanks.
