I would like to create a time Lapse Video. How do I change the camera to time Lapse mode?

In short: there is no timelapse mode that outputs a ready timelapse like some smartphones / camera's have.
So you have to either get into timed shots (I think this is the best way to do a timelapse) and use some editor to convert it into a timelapse OR shoot a long video and speed it up.
Great concept to make TL from the sky, an issue might be that (very) slow motion is hard to achieve with a drone, so you can't make these nice slider timelapses where the camera only moves very little between shots.
Please share some of your tries and let us know how it goes!
