Ops... Since this afternoon DJI GO 4 app (v. 4.1.11) stops around 90% when Synching my last (3) flights... server down at the moment? (Tested on Apple iPad Pro 9,7", iPad Pro 12,9" and on my iPhone 7 all with iOS 11.0.1 installed...

Hi Elektra...
I got a ROCKSOLID WiFi with download of 200 mbits and upload of 20-30 mbits/s....
I just tried to upload using mobile data on my phone and it also stopped...
It does however sync my latest flights... but on the screen (both with WiFi, my iPads Pro and my iPhone 7, all with iOS 11.0.1 it says "SYNC FAILED RETRY"
I alsways synch all flights... it stops around 92%....
When I sync 6 months all is OK (but then I am not sure if my older flightrecords will be gone.......

Would be nice if you could check... my account e-mail is the same as my e-mail here.

Can you try for a lesser time frame? Try for one month instead of all your flight data to see if this helps.

as I already stated: 1 month WORKS - 6 months WORKS... but as I am planning to change my iPad for the latest one (10,5") I would very much like to keep all flight records........
Please ask your engineers to check if they have the time...

So I did the following experiment:

I deleted ALL flight record from one of my iPads...
Then I synced ALL again and at 93% the process STOPPED...
of my 266 flights, only 192 were synced
of the total flight Time of 35Hr 47 Min only 25Hr 30 Min remained
and of my flight distance remained only 79.180 M instead of 110.020 M

Growth of Value remained 412.622

I would very much like all my flight records back please...  

DJI... I think it could be your server... can I send someone of you a PM with my account-email?

Dear Mr. DJI Mark... I still have this sync problem... to be honest I cannot believe that the problem is on MY side... NONE of my Apple products (Two iPads and one iPhone) wi8ll synch more than 93%... I did this on my own WiFi network, which is VERY VERY fast, I tried my 4G/LTE network, also very fast and I tried on a WiFi network of a friend of mine, which is also very fast... We did have servers down do to maintenance. Please try today. If it does not work, try through the Assistant 2 Software.

CanonMax if you Google 'DJI flights fail to fully synch' you'll find quite an extensive list of similar problem. Couldn't see an easy answer though. Good luck!

For sure something is wrong, i noticed i did not have the log/reord of the flight claiming to be my "Top Altitude" flight, when syncing in order to retieve it something else got lost.
Tried to clear all logs and re-sync but result is still wrong, my speed record, 5km and 18 min. flight gone. :-(

Edit: actually it look like a whole month is missing from the list to the right.

Thank you Elektra, PM on the way.

It really is odd, your system eat my flights ...

Did a full factory reset inc. SD erase and set up things from the start, when done, doing a new Sync.
Here is the result, compare to the above pictures and you will see something is wrong.

I think you might have read my Posts... and seen my screenshots...
I also lost many flights and Horus.

I want to buy the jewelste iPad Pro... but Flights will be lost... I tried on my other iPad to delete flightrecord and re-sync but that was terrible

All my equipment work PERFECT... the drone, the RC, my iPads and iPhone. I have a wonderful quick and stable internet and WiFi.... the problem is at DJI’s servers...

I was when i noticed one of my flights disappear in front of my eyes during a Sync i looked up your thread to confirm something strange was going on. I had just taken the first screenshot to show the odd "Top altitude" and the missing flight for the day of that flight when doing the Sync.
After doing a total reset and reflash/setup of RC it got totally strange.

Please connect the ios device to PC and view DJI GO sandbox using itunes.  DJISyncLog_yyyy-MM-dd_[hh-mm-ss].txt log file locates at DJI GO sandbox, Documents/Tmp folder. Plz send the log file to us.

I think   AidanKless is intern DJI person, eventually check your sync logs for confidential information and upload it some other place than here and PM him.

I am on the point of buying the newest iPad Pro 10,5" but I want ALL flights I ever made back on my Flightrecords...
