Hello All,
I just did a factory reset to get USA maps and now the controller wants my DJI sign in.
Problem is, it reset my network login info. Now it goes to DJI login first without going to set up
my network login first.
What do I do ?

can you forget the DJI network should be a button for that to click

Can you simply sign in?



Why have different accounts, mine is all the same....p

Check to see of you have network connection.

Swipe down the screen and enable the WiFi, then login your DJI account to see whether it works.

Thanks to All,especially DJI Susan, for all the help provided,

I did  not know about swipe down from the top. I flew for two days before I found the swipe from right to get to all the follow, etc. functions I had read about in the manual.
I now have Georgia and surrounding states mapped while hoping to find areas to fly in.
