my Spark felt accidently on stony ground and now all photos and the image on my smartphone look like this:

Has something like this ever happened to anyone before?
Maybe related to digital imagery generally?

And do you think this reparable?
I relly hope so, I love my little Spark!

And no, I have no DJI Care Refresh

You should have a technician look at your drone. Please contact customer service regarding this point. Sorry on your crash but these can be repairable depending on how badly damaged your spark is. If you provide me a location where  you are at, I can advise better on how to set up for a repair.
