When will be released the new firmware? Does DJI have a day for it?

My strong guess is that it will be released when ready, but it's just a guess...

With the amount of GPS & compass errors/problems that seem to be rising, surely something has to be realesed soon?

Indeed, I should have been more prudent with my choice of words and rather have written "when they believe it to be ready"...

Got a feeling this is going to be a big FW update to accommodate IOS 11.1 and the last THREE GO 4 updates on v.10-12. It will enable dynamic homepoint auto setting in gesture and no doubt clear a number of bugs with speculation of additional features/gestures so it will take a while. I wouldn’t hang around waiting for it - just enjoy flying the drone as normal and it will be here when it’s ready!

Let's hope so

They are busy redesigning the system to support the uas air traffic control. May be available next year.

I believe that the dynamic home point alone is a challenging task and they are working out "most" of the bugs.

I would say: Soon ™

patience is a virtue

When it is out......Asking DJI that question is like asking them when the Mavic Pro Platinum will ship out

there is a new bug in the .12 app, where you can't select "no music"  for your edit.  well you can select it, but either the app will crash or it will just still have the music in the video.  so maybe we will have to wait for another app update for the new firmware.

Sorry, no news yet. Please kindly pay attention to the official web or the forum. It will publish a note when there is a new firmware released.

In other words, when it's ready...
