Getting frustrated with lack of battery performance.

The average life seems to be 13-14mins and only twice have I achieved 16mins, nothing more.

Whats the secret to getting DJI claimed 18mins? Or does one have to literally run the battery dry to achieve this? I, for one won't take that risk. The lowest I've landed on is 9%.

18 mins is sitting in ground effect at a height of 1m. Having said that I conditioned a TB47 yesterday and flew it around and the log show it finally landed at 19 mins. In the Pilot app what does it report about the voltages and condition of the battery

Condition of the batteries is great and the cells are 100%
