I am having the same issue with the customer service… I’ve placed so many calls and emails… both I’m communicating with people who have no idea what they are doing and giving me remote responses. I literally will never buy a DJI product again. I have the warranty and I’m trying to get my drone taken care of and no one knows what they are doing… last time I called I spent an hour on the phone with an agent waiting for their manger in which she responded she didn’t have one? When I inquired who hired her and fired her she put me on hold to find that person. Shortly after asking me for a call back number. I waited on hold for that manager for an hour and never got a call back after my wait either. Frustrated is not even the words to describe this company. |
