First fly and  test camera..Edited with premier 4k with VPR 2.File2gb.But the quality is very bad...Why?..something wrong.

What is your setting for charpness, contrast and saturation (style settings)
And also what is the setting for white balance ?
Or maybe this isnt used when filming in "LOG" (I havent used that one yet)

The LOG file gives you a very flat result that needs some work in an editor to "come out" good !

LOG Im sure.. Sharp -1 contrast-3 saturation - 3.White AUTO. ND FILTER dji..

Why do you feel the quality if very bad?

I have tried ... "classic"
Charpness 0
saturation 0
Contrast 0 or 1
1080 / 25fps

And I am pretty happy with the result so far ...

There is definitely something wrong with the footage.... check your sharpness settings and try them on 0. Also try not to underexpose at all... The inspire footage seems to have a lot of artifacts when underexposed and brought up in post....Looks like you may have shot at -1 0r -2 sharpness then tried to sharpen in post...

look up 180deg shutter rule, and control the ss with nd filters.  Kodak wratten 2 nd gels slip,in behind dji one.
sharpness needs to be 0


if the frame rate is 30, youll want a ss of 60

Sorry for interrupting the conversation about settings in the camera. Settings may by all means make things slightly better but the Inspire1 camera still suffer the harsh effects of video compression no matter what you do. Though I think your footage looks rather OK but when panning or tilting the "low" bitrate is simply not good enough to keep up with the information needed to represent the frames.

Im hoping for DJI to recognise this and push the bitrate upwards with a new firmware. Sorry to say, but this is the only way we are going to experience the quality that H264 encoding is capable of.

working with 4k footage in post....some issues.

The only way that we will see a change is if people give their clear feedback straight to DJI. More and more people are seeing this and I think its a serious issue but hopefully with an easy fix

And, we do not know what DJI announces in 18hours. Phantom3, new camera for Inspire1(probably not)....

The sharpness is 100% the issue there - even -1 is too aggressive.

yes,  dji, we need a higher bitrate in the camera to get the best results.
