Thanks for all the comments everyone! To answer a question about the low flying trees....yup very low indeed I flew over to the trees earlier and recorded the height at which the drone would be right above some of the trees, trying to get in as close as possible.
One thing worth noting is, in the mission the drone was a bit off the the right of where I had planned to go, and ended up being very close to one of the branches. Something to keep in mind is that objects like trees may be a different size than they are on google maps when configuring the missions.
