My Problems:


I just got my Spark combo today, have much troubles with it.
1. I wasnt able to activate the drone i always got an error 404.
after several times i take an iphone an know i activate it.
2.I update the Firmware of the Spark fine, but was not able to Update the RC controller, stuck at 5 percent!!!!

What should i do?

Not sure about activation. But 2) has simple solution. Use different version of DJI Go 4 (eg. 4.1.10 or 4.1.5 on Android), current version has an issue with firmware update.

If it doesn't work, please offer the serial number of your aircraft and the screenshot of error message, we will look into it.

most of the problems are because of the controller especially with android.

I had this happen yesterday with my DJI *.1.9 App on my smartphone...  I successfully updated the firmware by downgrading to *.1.5 per the following forum post https://forum.dji.com/thread-112074-1-1.html  .... please note that generally speaking those steps are at your own risk... anytime you install software outside of the store, it can be risky. I felt confident enough to take a chance with the APK they mention and it worked for me. I then reverted the "unknown sources" security setting and remove the *.1.5 downgrade, reinstalling the latest after the upgrade. But it worked, I got past 5% and my remote controller was upgraded to the latest. Note, today I saw my phone upgraded to a new app version *.1.10 ... you might make sure you don't have any app upgrades pending... if you do, try upgrading first and re-try the firmware upgrade. If that doesn't work the only thing I know of is the *.1.5 APK from apkmirror downgrade trick described in that referenced thread. Best of luck getting going!
