since a few days i cant connect to Assistant 2 V1.1.6. The Volume on my PC is already there.

I have deinstalled and installed many times, but evertime the same!

Someone an idea? On another PC in my work the assistant connect to the Mavic.

Make the connection go directly to the PC. I have found that a USB HUB can mess things up. Hope this helps you.

Just to verify, could the PC read the files of the drone, if yes, it could be the driver’s problem, please check if the driver is installed properly, and try to disable signed driver enforcement; if it couldn’t read, then you can try another USB cable.
And if your PC is running Windows 10, first, run Assi2 in ADMINISTRATOR mode.
2nd,  plug the cable to the AC, plug the cable into the computer USB, then turn the AC on. You will hear a beep from the computer like it found a new hardware then you should see the icon for the MP.
